A Story from the ICU – A Journey of Trust and Cross-Border Medical Expertise

Date Submitted: 05/05/2025 09:15 AM

It started like any other day.
We—A24H Ambulance Team—received a call from the family of a critically ill patient in the ICU at FV Hospital in Vietnam.

But they weren’t calling just to inquire.
They needed a highly capable team—one they could fully trust—to safely transport a severely ill patient back to Cambodia with absolute medical security.

Referred by a friend, they came to us with a list of strict and specific requirements.

The ambulance had to be fully equipped with modern medical devices, including:

    • A mechanical ventilator
    • Vital sign monitor
    • Suction machine
    • Two infusion pumps for IV medication
    • Continuous oxygen supply
    • Emergency medications always ready onboard

    Additionally, they required:

    • An ICU doctor and a skilled nurse to accompany the entire route
    • A driver with experience on the Vietnam–Cambodia route
    • And most importantly: They wanted to see the ambulance in person, inspect every device, check the interior and exterior, and speak directly with the medical team who would be handling the case.

We didn’t make promises. We took action.

Immediately, our fully equipped ambulance was brought to the hospital.
The family was free to inspect everything, ask questions, and receive detailed explanations for each piece of equipment and every step of the process.
Everything was transparent, clear, and highly professional.

Less than 30 minutes later, we received the confirmation call.
    Not because of marketing.
But because trust had been earned—through real preparation, visible commitment, and face-to-face assurance.

At A24H, we are more than just an ambulance service.
We are a high-level mobile medical system—specializing in cross-border transport of critical and emergency patients.

A24H – Where life knows no borders.
We are ready—every hour, every minute, every journey.

    Ambulance Cambodia Viet Nam

Picked her up from when she was unconscious and had to be hospitalized for intensive treatment in the ICU room. Now she's recovered and remembers my three brothers' names very clearly. Oh my goodness I love this feeling . When she got into the car, she held my hand and uttered a very sad, loving grandmother's thank you, "Thank you, children...!" My feelings at that time were so overwhelming, I didn't know what to say just hug her and her children.
